- Order(s) are only confirmed when the full payment is made.
- Strictly no refund once order is confirmed.
- We accept only bank transfer (POSB / UOB) or PayPal.
- Apparels - No refund or exchange, goods are checked before they are sent out.
- Gadgets - We will try to do an exchange if it's faulty (within 30 days). Buyer pays for shipping fees back to supplier.
- We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items sent out by normal mail. We highly recommend registered mailing.
